Course Description

It can be easy to grow frustrated or discouraged when your mentee is struggling academically or lacks motivation. This is where your empathy is most needed - not excusing the behavior, but understanding its origin. It's important to recognize that your mentee may feel that their life circumstances are beyond their control.
